ARBITRATION

Arbitrator to be guided by sections 8, 9 and 20
31. In determining the amount of compensation to be awarded for any property acquired or requisitioned under this Act, the Arbitrator shall be guided by the provisions of sections 8 and 9 or 20, as the case may be 1[:
 
 
 
 
Provided that the compensation determined by the Arbitrator in respect of each owner shall not exceed the amount specified in the award of the Deputy Commissioner by more than ten per centum.]
