¹[34A. Where additional compensation is required to be paid in pursuance of an award under this Part, such compensation shall be paid to the persons entitled thereto immediately after the said additional amount is deposited by the requiring person with the Deputy Commissioner: Provided that the requiring person shall deposit the additional amount with the Deputy Commissioner within one month from the date of receipt of notice in this behalf from the Deputy Commissioner: Provided further that the Deputy Commissioner shall send the notice to deposit the amount of additional compensation within one month from the date of the award of the Arbitrator or, as the case may be, decision of the Arbitration Appellate Tribunal.]
