46. (1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a) the procedure to be followed in taking possession of any property acquired or requisitioned under this Ordinance;(b) the procedure to be followed by the Arbitrators and the Arbitration Appellate Tribunals;(c) the manner of enforcement of surrender of any property under section 41;(d) any other matter which has to be or may be prescribed.
