The Merchandise Marks Act, 1889

Title, extent and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be called the Merchandise Marks Act, 1889.
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh; and
 
 
(3) It shall come into force on the first day of April, 1889.
