Penalty for manufacture, 1[stock or sale] of sub-standard drugs
17. Whoever manufactures 2[, stocks or sells] any sub-standard drug shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine which may extend to one lakh Taka, or with both.
