Appointment of officers, etc.
7. (1) The Council shall appoint a Registrar and such other officers and employees as it may consider necessary on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
(2) The Registrar shall act as Secretary to the Council and shall, until another person is appointed as treasurer, also act as treasurer.
(3) All persons appointed under this section shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
