8. (1) There shall be a fund of the Council to which shall be credited-(a) grants and loans from the Government; (b registration fees and other fees;(c) income from investments and properties;(d) aids and grants, if any, received from foreign countries with the prior approval of the Government. (2) The fund of the Council shall be utilised by the Council to meet the charges in connection with the functions of the Council and payment of salaries and allowances to its officers and employees. (3) The fund of the Council shall be kept in such bank or banks as may be approved by the Council. (4) The Council may invest its funds in such securities as may be approved by the Government.
