Appeal
14. If any person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Council refusing or cancelling the registration of his name or directing the correction or cancellation of any entry in the register, he may, at any time within sixty days from the date of such decision and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal to the Government and the decision of the Government shall be final.
