The Charitable Endowments Act, 1890

( ACT NO. VI OF 1890 )

[ 7th March, 1890 ]

Title, extent and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be called the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890.
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh; and
 
 
(3) It shall come into force on the first day of October, 1890.
