An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law relating to the municipal administration of the City of Chittagong.

 
 
 
WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the municipal administration of the City of Chittagong;
 
 
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the 24th day of March, 1982, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Martial Law Administrator is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-
 
 
 

Part I

PRELIMINARY

Short title
1. This Ordinance may be called the Chittagong 1[City] Corporation Ordinance, 1982.
