130. (1) The Corporation shall maintain such educational institutions as may be required by the Government and may, with the previous approval of the Government, maintain such other educational institutions as may be necessary for the promotion of education in the City. (2) All educational institutions maintained by the Corporation shall be maintained in a state of efficiency and shall conform to such standards as may be prescribed. (3) The Corporation may levy such fees for the use of educational institutions as may be prescribed. (4) The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the Government, give financial aid to private educational institutions within the City.
