4. (1) The Government may constitute an Advisory Committee to be called the Hotels and Restaurants Advisory Committee, consisting of as many members as the Government may determine, to aid and advise the Government in relation to such matters relating to the administration of this Ordinance as may be prescribed. (2) The members of the Committee shall be appointed for such period and on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine. (3) The Government shall appoint a Chairman of the Committee from among its members.
