SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS
Costs
49. The costs of any proceeding under this Act, including the costs of maintaining a guardian or other person in the civil jail, shall, subject to any rules made by the High Court Division under this Act, be in the discretion of the Court in which the proceeding is had.
