68. (1) Any licence granted under section 66 or section 67 may be modified, suspended, revoked or cancelled by the Authority granting it, but no such licence shall be revoked or cancelled unless the person concerned has been given a reasonable opportunity of making a representation against such revocation or cancellation. (2) Where a licence granted under section 66 or section 67 is revoked or cancelled or otherwise ceases to be valid, the person to whom it was granted shall, within sixty days after such revocation, cancellation or cessation, return it or cause it to be returned to the Authority granting it. (3) Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub section (2) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand Taka.
