79. (1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Part. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a) the forms of licences;(b) rates of fees payable for different categories of licences;(c) the procedure to be followed by the Boards constituted under ¹[section 72]; ²[* * *](e) regulation of the activities of the shipping agents operating in Bangladesh;(f) the matters regarding which information may be required to be furnished under section 75; and(g) any other matter which it is necessary to prescribe.
