128. If any person-(a) forges any Continuous Discharge Certificate or a certificate of fitness, or a copy of any such certificate, or(b) fraudulently alters any entry in any Continuous Discharge Certificate or a certificate of fitness, or(c) fraudulently uses any Continuous Discharge Certificate or certificate of fitness which is forged or altered or does not belong to him,he shall, for each offence, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, which may extend to fifteen thousand Taka, or with both.
