The master of every special trade passenger ship, in addition to recording in the official log book every case of death happening on board, shall note on the copy of the statement returned to him under section 267 and on any additional list signed by him, the date and supposed cause of death of any special trade passenger who dies on board, and shall, when the ship arrives at her destination and before any such passengers are disembarked, produce the statement,-(a) where such destination is in Bangladesh, to the Collector of Customs;(b) where such destination is outside Bangladesh, to the Bangladesh Consular Officer.
