413. (1) The provisions of sections 389, 390, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396, 398, 399, 401 and 402 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to sailing vessels as they apply to fishing vessels. (2) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that any other provisions of this Ordinance which do not apply to sailing vessels shall also apply to such vessels, subject to such conditions, exceptions and modifications, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
