CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATES

Suspended certificates not to be endorsed
437. If the certificate of a master, mate or engineer is suspended under this part by the Government or by a Marine Board, no endorsement shall be made to that effect on the said certificate.
