Penalty for practising as Surveyor of ships without certificate
502. Any person practising the profession of a Surveyor of ships in contravention of the provisions of section 501 shall, for each offence, be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand Taka, and shall not be entitled to maintain any suit for any fee or reward for anything done by him.
