22. (1) Applications under sub section (1) of section 23 shall be received annually after the results of the examinations held under section 21 are declared. (2) Applications for registration under this Ordinance shall be made in such form and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by rules. (3) The Board shall examine the applications received under this section and after making such enquiries as it thinks fit regarding the qualifications and length and nature of practice of the applicants and their professional efficiency direct the entry of the names to be made in the register in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
