Part V

FOREIGN MARINE FISHING OPERATIONS

No entry for foreign fishing vessels in Bangladesh fisheries waters except with licence
20. No foreign fishing vessel shall, without a licence,
 
 
(a) enter the Bangladesh fisheries waters except for any purpose set out in section 21; or
 
 
(b) within the Bangladesh fisheries waters,-
 
 
(i) fish or attempt to fish; or
 
 
(ii) load, unload or tranship any fish; or
 
 
(iii) load or unload any fuel supplies.
