Persons arrested without warrant to be taken to police station
36. Any person arrested without a warrant for the purposes of enforcing the provisions of this Ordinance and the rules made thereunder shall be taken to a police station forthwith or, as soon as possible, after arriving at a port and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act V of 1898).
