Authorised officers required to produce identification
39. Any authorised officer when acting under the provisions of this Ordinance or any rules made thereunder shall, on demand, produce to any person against whom he is taking action such identification or written authority as may be reasonably sufficient to show that he is an authorised officer for the purposes of this Ordinance.
