25. (1) Application for registration under this Ordinance shall be made in such form and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by rules. (2) Applications under section 26(1) shall be received annually after the results of the examinations held under section 23 are declared. (3) The Board shall examine the applications received under this section and after making such inquires as it thinks fit regarding the qualifications and the length and nature of practice of the applicants and their professional efficiency direct the entry of the names of eligible applicants to be made in the register in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
