27. (1) The Registrar shall prepare and maintain a list of Homoeopaths who are entitled to have their names to be entered therein under sub-section (2). (2) Every person who has applied to the Board before the commencement of this Ordinance and proves to the satisfaction of the Board that he has not less than five years practice to his credit and has the requisite knowledge and skill for the efficient practice of Homoeopathy, shall on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by rules be entitled to have his name entered in the list maintained under sub section (1): Provided that a person who has applied under this sub-section shall be entitled to practise Homoeopathy until his application is disposed of. (3) Every person whose name has been entered in the list maintained under this section shall be entitled to the privilege specified in section 33(b).
