RESTRICTIONS, OFFENCES, PENALTY AND PROCEDURE
Penalties
36. Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 34 or 35, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to Taka one thousand, or with both.
