Prohibition of undue preference
1[42A. (1) The railway administration shall not make or give any undue or unreasonable preference or advantage to, or in favour of, any particular person 2[* * *], or any particular description of traffic, in any respect whatsoever, or subject any particular person 3[* * *] or any particular description of traffic to any undue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage in any respect whatsoever.
 
 
 
 
(2) Any complaint that the railway administration is contravening the provisions of this section shall be determined by the Government.]
