Other offences

Alighting from a train at a place not fixed for the purpose
1[108A. If a passenger, having a proper pass or ticket with him or not, without reasonable and sufficient cause, alight from the train which has stopped at a place other than a station or a place appointed by the railway administration for passengers to leave the train and discontinues his journey, he shall be punished with fine which may extend to fifty Taka.]
