Power to make regulations
36. (1) The Board may 1[* * *], make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance and the rules, to provide for all matters for which provisions is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance and efficient conduct of the affairs of the Bank.
 
 
 
 
(2) All regulations made under this section shall be published in the official Gazette and shall come into force upon such publication.
