85. (1) All rules shall be notified in the official Gazette, and all regulations shall be published in such manner as in the opinion of the Union Parishad making them be best adapted for informing the residents of the union concerned. (2) All regulations made by a Union Parishad shall be subject to the approval of the Deputy Commissioner. (3) The Government may frame model regulations and in framing their regulations, the Union Parishads shall be guided by such model regulations. (4) Copies of rules and regulations pertaining to a Union Parishad shall be kept available at the office of the Union Parishad concerned for inspection and sale. (5) All rules and regulations when duly made shall be deemed to form parts of this Ordinance, and shall have effect accordingly.
