Establishment of Jadughar
3. (1) On the commencement of this Ordinance, there shall be established a National Museum to be called the Bangladesh Jatiya Jadughar.
(2) The Jadughar shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
