CONTROL OF TRANSPORT VEHICLES

Power of Government to issue orders and directions
1[53. The Government may issue such orders and directions, as it may consider necessary in respect of any matter relating to road transport or on any matter not provided in this Ordinance, to the Authority and the Authority shall give effect to all such orders and directions.
