Chapter V

CONTROL OF TRANSPORT VEHICLES

Duration and renewal of permits
70. (1) A permit other than a temporary permit issued under section 74 shall be effective without renewal for a period of three years unless otherwise specified by the Transport Committee in the permit.
 
 
 
 
1[(2) Other conditions being equal, a permit may be renewed with the approval of the Chairman of the Authority or the Transport Committee, as the case may be, on an application made.]
