Driving without licence
1[138. Whoever drives a motor vehicle or public service vehicle or whoever causes or allows a motor vehicle or public service vehicle to be driven in contravention of the provisions of sub section (1) of section 3 shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to four months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred Taka, or with both.]
