OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE

Punishment for offence relating to accidents
146. Whoever fails to comply with the provisions of clause (c) of sub section (1) of section 102 or, of section 104 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1[three months], or with fine which may extend to 2[five hundred] Taka, or with both or, if having been previously convicted of an offence under this section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3[six months], or with fine which may extend to 4[one thousand] Taka, or with both.
