Chapter X

OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE

Obstruction in public street or public place
157. Whoever causes obstruction in a public street or public place by keeping a motor vehicle for repair or keeping or storing spare parts of motor vehicles or any articles for sale or keeps any article for any other purposes causing obstruction to flow of traffic shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to 1[five hundred] Taka and such vehicles or spare parts or articles shall be liable to confiscation.
