MISCELLANEOUS

Publication of and commencement of 1[regulations]
173. (1) Every power to make rules given by the this Ordinance is subject to the condition of the 2[rules or regulations] being made after previous publication.
 
 
 
 
(2) All 3[rules or regulations] made under this Ordinance shall be published in the official Gazette, and shall unless some later date is appointed, come into force on the date of such publication.
 
 
 
 
4[(3) All regulations under this Ordinance shall be made with the previous approval of the Government.]
