2. In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) “Council” means the Bangladesh Nursing Council constituted under this Ordinance; (b) “member” means a member of the Council; (c) “nursing and allied qualification” means any of the qualifications specified in the Schedules; (d) “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made under this Ordinance; (e) “President” means the President of the Council; (f) “Schedule” means a Schedule annexed to this Ordinance.
