Establishment of the Centre
3. (1) There shall be a Public Administration Training Centre to be called the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance.
(2) The Centre shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall by the said name sue and sued.
