Chairman and Vice-Chairman
8. (1) The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman shall hold office on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
 
 
(2) The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman shall perform such functions as the Government may direct or as may be prescribed.
