20F. Whoever without lawful excuse wilfully-(a) obstructs traffic on any bridge or toll-road;(b) injures, damages or destroys any boundary or demarcation line, wall or fence or any mark, sign or symbol, made or displayed for the purpose of setting out the line or route of traffic on any bridge or toll-road or safety of vehicles or passengers thereon, or preserving it;(c) removes, destroys, defaces or otherwise obliterates any notice or document put up or exhibited by the Authority on or near any bridge or toll-road,shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand taka.
