13. (1) There shall be a fund of the Institution to which shall be credited- (a) grants and loans from the Government; (b) income from investment, royalties and properties; and (c) all other receipts of the Institution. (2) The fund of the Institution shall be utilised by it to meet charges in connection with its functions under this Ordinance and all payments of the Institution shall be made out of the fund. (3) All moneys of the Institution shall be kept in such bank or banks specified in the Schedule to the Bangladesh Banks (Nationalisation) Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 26 of 1972), as may be decided by the Council.
