(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under clause (1) of section 5 may prefer an appeal to the Government within three months from the date of receipt of the decision or within such further time as may be allowed by the Government on payment of such fee as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, determine. (2) The Government may call for relevant papers from the Institution and may, after such inquiry in the matter as it considers necessary, pass such order as it thinks fit and any such order passed by the Government shall be final.
