11. (1) Subject to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force, the Authority shall have control over-(a) all the civil airports and aerodromes in Bangladesh including their planning, construction, operation and maintenance;(b) all air routes in Bangladesh;(c) air space management of civil airports and aerodromes. (2) Nothing in this section shall entitle the Authority to exercise any power in respect of any airports, aerodromes or airfields established for the exclusive use of Defence Services or any works and things connected therewith
