Transfer of certain assets of the Government to the Authority
26. All assets and undertakings, including lands, buildings, airports and aerodromes, works, machinery, apparatus, equipments, materials and plants belonging to or vested in the Department of Civil Aviation shall stand transferred to and vest in the Authority, and all liabilities of the said Department in respect thereof shall be the liabilities of the Authority.
