6. ¹[(1) The Board shall-(a) formulate policies for making grants-in-aid to different youth organisations and awarding prizes and making grants to youths; (b) make grants-in-aid to youth organisations and award prizes and make grants to youths on the recommendation of the Selection Committee;(c) sanction expenditure out of the moneys of the Fund;(d) do such other acts or things as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance.] (2) The Secretary of the Board shall be responsible for implementation of the decisions of the Board.
