OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE
Penalty for contravention of order under sections 40, 4 or 42
64. Whoever contravenes any order made under sections 40, 41 or 42 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to two thousand taka, or with both.
