OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE
Penalty for exposing anything for sale contrary to regulation
71. Whoever, contrary to any regulation made by the Police Commissioner, exposes or sets out anything for sale in or on any stall, booth, board, basket or in any other manner in any street or public place, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred taka.
