Penalty for slaughtering animal or cleaning a carcass
76. Whoever slaughters any animal or cleans a carcass or hide in or near to or within sight of a street or public place, except at a place set apart for the purpose by order of the Police Commissioner, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred taka.
